Whenever I see a problem, I think Go CUBS!
C - Circle the numbers you will use in the problem
U - Underline what the problem is asking you to do (This is usually the last sentence in the problem.)
B - Box any words that will give you a clue on how to solve it (Example: sum, difference, quotient, product, how many more)
S - Solve the problem
